Description

This is the FIRST MOD you should do to your Evo X or Ralliart Lancer. This mod will make your car completely different to drive – customise your shifts with our AK SSport Mod. This modified firmware can be loaded in store or remotely.

This mod allows the following:

• Super Select SSport mode at any time and any speed, no need to hold for 3 seconds
• Increased shift performance in all drive modes
• Correct firmware for Ralliart or Evo X gearbox
• Optimised shift points
• Drive in SSport and Auto mode with shifts at normal RPM
• Does not affect your ECU Tune
• Choose to decrease clutch pressure if your shifts are too aggressive
• Launch Control RPM Increased to 5700RPM

For remote flashing, you will require the following items:

• Windows Laptop with internet connection at your car
• ANYDesk Software on the laptop
• Tactrix OpenPort 2.0 Adaptor for your laptop to talk to the vehicle

How the remote flashing service work;

• AK Racing (Alan) will create your custom SST firmware based on the options you select and send the file to NRG Ops
• Nathan from NRG Ops will email you (on your account email address) to organise a time to flash the firmware
• NRG Ops will then remote into your laptop to flash the new firmware and compete a teach in.
• All done, now enjoy the new driving experience

Options explained

Country – The country your vehicle originally came from – you can send us the VIN in the comments at Checkout if you are unsure

Vehicle type – So we can adjust the setup firmware to load to your vehicle. This also fixes the rev hunt and 4^th gear slip at low load issues Ralliart owner experience with the old ssport firmware.

Shift Points (for AUTO mode); 
– AK Street shift points will shift gears around 3000-3500 rpm at low throttle load, and will rev out higher at wide open throttle, more suited to street driving.
– AK Track shift points will aim to keep the rpm as high as practical, more suited to track driving.

Current clutch shift condition
– Tell us how your clutch is currently shifting when in sport/s-sport and manual mode.

Current vehicle clutch type
– Tell us about the current clutch in your car. If you don’t know what it is, select OEM (8 Plate).

Preferred clutch pressure
– If you could change your clutch shift performance, how would you like it to feel.

This information will tell us what adjustments we need to make to your shift points and shift pressures to ensure the best performance when we build your custom firmware for your SST Ralliart or Evo X.  If you have any more questions, please use the contact us form to ask before placing your order.  If you do not have access to a Tactrix, compatible windows Laptop with Anydesk software, and internet connection, we will not be able to load your ROM remotely and will refund you minus any Paypal fees.

And last but no least we will perform teach in once the update is completed so your gearbox is calibrated correctly for all the new changes.
