If you are looking to tune your GR Yaris for more power including flex fuel, straight e85, or bigger turbo, it is highly recommended that you should be upgrading the valve springs before tuning.   We also recommend upgrading the factory Camshafts at the same time as this is a massive labour crossover and will save you money!

We have had success with several customers tunes using the Kelford KVS264 High Performance Beehive Valve springs with titanium retainers for the 1.6L Turbo GR Yaris which will also suit the GR Corolla. 

 

Intake: 100lb seat pressure at 35.0mm installed height. 198lb at 12.0mm valve lift.
Exhaust: 87lb seat pressure at 36.7mm installed height. 178lb at 11.5mm valve lift.

Spring coil bind height (solid height) 22.0mm.

 

We highly recommend upgrading the Camshafts at the same time with 3 stages available.
